Eclipse [Beta]

ECLIPSE — VERSION 0.9 The sky grows darker. The dead grow restless. How long can you survive beneath the Eclipse? Eclipse is a dark 3D action roguelite where you fight through relentless hordes, build your character on the run, and confront terrifying bosses born from the darkness. Every run begins with a choice: pick your character, choose a battlefield, and decide which Eclipse you are willing to face. Once the ritual begins, enemies close in from every direction and grow more dangerous over time, forcing you to keep moving, adapting, and fighting for every second of survival. Defeat enemies to gain experience and choose new upgrades throughout the run. Every choice is a trade-off — raw damage, attack speed, area control, recovery, or defense — and the right build can turn a desperate struggle into complete destruction. Face Three Forms of the Eclipse Solar Eclipse A short, aggressive five-minute run. Pressure rises fast, with little time to prepare before the final confrontation. Lunar Eclipse The full fifteen-minute journey, through six shifting phases of light as the world descends into darkness. A longer, more demanding battle. Perpetual Darkness No dawn and no escape. Survive as long as you can while the hordes and bosses keep growing stronger. Your survival time is your score. Each mode rewards a different currency, used to progress between runs. Explore Distinct Battlefields Fight across handcrafted environments that each demand a different approach: • Flower Field — An open field of low flowers and running water, with room to guide the horde — but enemies can reach you from any direction. • Cemetery — A tighter, more tactical arena of stone paths, ancient tombs, and narrow passages, where a single wrong turn can trap you. Learning the terrain matters as much as learning your weapon. Defeat the Eclipse-Born Powerful bosses emerge throughout the run, each with its own attacks, hazards, and combat rhythm. Face Slow Death, the relentless Grave Knight, and the Ossuary King. These fights test positioning, movement, and timing — not just damage. Grow Beyond Each Run Death ends the attempt, but not the journey. Return to the Ritual between runs to improve permanent attributes, unlock new items for the upgrade pool, and advance weapon masteries. Persistent progression includes: • Permanent Power, Vitality, and Mobility upgrades • Individual progression for each character • Weapon mastery paths • Unlockable defensive and offensive items • Multiple currencies earned from different game modes • Career statistics, achievements, and leaderboards Version 0.9 Eclipse is currently in Version 0.9 and under active development. The core gameplay loop, characters, progression systems, maps, bosses, game modes, achievements, and leaderboards are already playable, while balancing, presentation, performance, and polish continue toward the full release. You may encounter bugs, balance issues, or content that changes in future updates. If you hit a problem or have an idea that could improve the experience, please leave a message in the forum. Choose your character. Complete the ritual. Survive the Eclipse.
