SummaryA space sandbox and orbital simulation game currently in development.
Description
Planetra is an interactive space sandbox powered by a real-time N-body gravity simulation. We provide you with the tools to manipulate celestial bodies, and you can do whatever you want with no predefined objectives. Every planet and star dynamically reacts to the mass and velocity of everything else around it. You can carefully craft a stable solar system or completely disrupt the balance by altering a single planet's trajectory to see how the chaos unfolds. • Modify exact mass, radius, velocity, and color of any celestial body on the fly • Speed up time to watch centuries of orbital patterns unfold, slow it down, or pause it entirely • Lock your camera to smoothly orbit any specific target • Observe realistic gravitational pulls based on exact mathematical parameters • Hide the interface completely to capture breathtaking cosmic alignments Controls Left Click - Select a celestial body to inspect and orbit Mouse 3 (Hold) - Rotate the orbital camera Mouse Wheel - Zoom camera in and out Tab - Toggle Photo Mode (Hides UI) Create, observe, and destroy at your own pace.
