SummaryPoker-like roguelike, in development
Description
Showdown - a poker-like roguelike This game is in active development, please provide feedback and report any bugs you encounter. Objective Each hand, both you and the dealer will add the blind to the pot. You can additionally make a wager - you and the dealer will both add the chosen wager to the pot. Win the round by reducing the dealers chips until they can no longer afford the blind. If you can no longer afford the blind, the run ends. To win the hand, you must have a better 5-card hand than the dealer. Actions Each hand, you have 4 action points to spend. You can reveal a community card, reveal a dealer card or draw a new card from the deck to replace your lowest ranked card. Booster Cards (not yet implemented) Booster Cards are purchased from the store between rounds. Their effects may be passive or single-use. Hover over a Booster Card for a detailed description of it's effects. This information is available in-game, as well as a screen showing all possible poker hands. I intend to implement a guided tutorial at some point.
