This map is a rebuild of the middle area (the glade) from an unreleased map I'm working on for Garry's Mod. I made it just to practice mapping in Source 2. This map might come in handy if you wanna test something and need a bunch of open space. For now it's just the center, I’m still not sure if I’ve got the guts to make the rest of the maze around the glade. The skybox is an upscaled version of sky_quarry01, a texture that was originally meant for HL2 but got cut The architecture’s inspired by the Maze Runner movie, but I’m going for unique shapes overall, based on brutalism. To-do list: • Do proper concrete floors • Do proper terrain work• Trees • Grass • Water/lake Tip: don’t use Walker to check out this map, that gamemode is using some awful post-processing that makes everything super dark and messes up the colors compared to how I originally set it up the composition of the map.
