CARL is the Citizen Animation Retargeting Library, an s&box editor library for retargeting FBX character animations onto Citizen-based target models.
It provides an editor workflow for scanning FBX animation clips, choosing source rig presets, adjusting orientation, mapping bones, running the Blender/Rokoko retarget backend, and previewing generated Citizen target animations.
Open it from CARL > Open Retargeter after installing, then use Diagnostics to verify Blender, Rokoko, backend files, the native FBX helper, and the current target model.
