Saimin is a 2d animation suite made to inspire everyone to start Noodlin' Why spend your grocery bill for the next two months to buy a software for animation? Saimin was created to be a cost-effective way to animate while still being able to afford fancy ramen for dinner, with a learning curve that still allows you to have a life. The UI was created for beginners and intermediate animators and artists alike! Add audio, video, photos, and more! With that said: This app is in Alpha testing, so please be kind when reviewing!
